Adult Tennis
Programs are designed to provide a wide variety on instructions and including stroke development, strategy, court positioning, shot selection, footwork and supervised match play. USA Tennis 1-2-3 in an instructional program that allows adults to learn skills necessary to enjoy a lifetime of tennis fun. The program philosophy emphasizes fun, fitness, and friendship.

Adult USA Holiday Tennis 1-2-3
Why go to an expensive resort for the holidays? The Frank Sacks Tennis Camp staff will give you a first rate tennis experience without the high cost. This new program is for the serious adult player who wants to improve and move to the next level. Sessions include: footwork, stroke production, conditioning, singles/doubles strategy, mental training, sportsmanship, cooperative and competitive drills and match play.

There is a cure for your Chicago Winter Blues! Join USPTA and PTR certified tennis professional Frank Sacks and his staff this winter for a quality adult and youth tennis instructional fun.
